We provide Australia wide delivery service. Most products are delivered boxed or flat packed.
- Coverage Area: We transport Australia-wide, with free pickup options available in most major cities:
- Free Pickup Locations: Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Brisbane (QLD), Perth (WA), Morisset (NSW) and limited availability in Adelaide (SA).
- Pick up times are by appointment only.
- Shipping Costs:
- Online prices are shown for Metro and CBD areas under shipping in the shopping cart.
- For areas outside metro zones, shipping costs will be quoted after placing an order.
- Customers are not required to make payment until a freight quote is provided and accepted.
- Special Delivery Items:
- Some items may incur additional freight costs due to special ordering or handling requirements (e.g., oversized, custom-made, etc.).
- This will be highlighted on the item in the shopping cart.
- If additional charge is required, we will contact you first to confirm this ok before proceeding with your online order. (no payment is accepted until order is approved by you)
- Delivery Conditions:
- Deliveries are typically to the ground floor unless pre-arranged.
- May require specialised equipment (forklift, drop-down tray trucks) depending on the order's size and weight.
- Customer Responsibility:
- Notify us about any site inductions, parking restrictions, dress code restrictions, necessary before delivery.
- Some orders are delivered my contract freight companies.
- Incorrect information may result in redelivery charges.
- Installation Services:
- Installation services are offered in metro areas and some regional areas but a local flatpack installers may be more cost-effective in regional areas.
